Richard S. Ravosa
Attorney Richard S. Ravosa has been representing injured accident victims since 1997. Over his twenty plus years in practice, he has helped a countless number of clients recover the money they deserve as a result of sustaining serious personal injuries due to the carelessness of others. His aggressive approach has proven time and time again to deliver results for his clients.
Mr. Ravosa was one of only fifteen lawyers recognized in 2005 by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly newspaper as a “Rising Star.” He also hosted a legal educational radio talk show airing weekly in the Boston and Worcester areas where callers had questions answered free of charge.
Mr. Ravosa has been featured with his clients on Boston and Springfield television news, on the front page of the Sunday Republican newspaper, and has been profiled in the Boston Business Journal and quoted in the Worcester Business Journal and Metro West Daily News, as well as other publications, including Benchmark, his law school alumni magazine. In 2015 he won the Paul H. Chapman award. The award is given to only five recipients a year from a national pool of nominations by the Atlanta based Foundation For Improvement of Justice.
Attorney Ravosa donated his $10,000 award to a local charity, the Massachusetts Debt Relief Foundation that helps low income residents of Massachusetts with financial counseling and legal representation.
He received his B.A., cum laude, from Western New England College and his J.D. from Western Michigan University, and has an accomplished record as a trial lawyer, negotiator, strategist, and philanthropist. He has successfully tried cases, including numerous jury trials in Superior Court and District Court, and had also tried cases in the Land Court, Immigration Court, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Attorney Ravosa is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of Connecticut.
